Meta launched Muse Wonder and Muse Wonder Full, new AI models it says can compete with the best from OpenAI and Anthropic on agents, memory and coding, with new features called Active Memory and Active Focus designed to keep agents on task. Muse Wonder requires a paid Muse subscription of $20 or $100 a month, while the stronger Full version is offered through the Muse Code tool. Meanwhile, Microsoft unveiled Maia 300, its third-generation in-house AI chip, which it says will become the main inference system for its products and services when production deployments begin in 2027.
